The 3nd Annual Wine & Whiskers Carnival, the organization's major fundraiser, took place on February 20, 2010 in Ridgway and was a smashing success! The silent and live auctions included over 200 items, the food was decadent, the Fashion Cabaret was sensational, and the dance party to conclude the evening was hopping!

This success was made possible by the hundreds of people that attended in support of the event and the hundreds of businesses and service providers who contributed a wide range of live and silent auction items and sponsorships. Regional restaurants and chefs were also critical in the success, donating a wonderful array of spectacular food to nourish all our guests.

Join Second Chance and the Ouray County Community in a day of family and canine fun in Ridgway's Town Park. Obstacle courses, costume competitions, pet tricks and more for the canine/family team.  Live music & beer tasting all day!

Look for our Mobile Mutts & Meows RV at the Telluride and Ridgway Farmers' Markets on alternating weeks through the end of September.

Labor Day Weekend

Join us for the Labor Day Parade in Ridgway.

MicroChip Clinic

Saturday, September 11th at the SCHS Shelter - 121 Sherman Street, Ridgway (next to Citizens State Bank).  For only $25 your pet can be provided with a way to get back home if ever lost.
